1st option - Transport in bulk – Foodtank 25t

Our cisterns meet all these requirements and additionally:

 – They are equipped with oil

-free compressors and pumps so that we can unload your goods in all conditions

– They have 3 chambers, thanks to which we can transport several different products for you

– They are adapted to aseptic transport

– They are equipped with two hoses with a total length of 12m

 – They are equipped with adapters that help to connect regardless of the size of the loading / unloading valves

The basic aspects that should be considered when transporting juices and concentrates in bulk are:

  • Cleaning only at EFTCO certified cleaning station
  • Proper tank’s insulation
  • Webasto heating system that maintains a constant temperature
  • Good-working indicators
  • Sterile filters
  • Last 3 transported products are always juice, concentrate or glucose

2nd Option – Palletized transportation of juices in drums – Frigo 22t or Curtainside trailer 24t

Most of the times these are full-truck transports, 3 – 4 barrels for each industrial or bigger pallet. This way, we transport frozen and fresh juices that require maintaining their temperature. Our drivers know very well how important it is to be careful at every stage of this product’s transportation:

– Temperature adjustment inside the trailer before loading the drums – Temperature measurement of each pallet with goods during the loading

– Correct goods securing in the trailer

– Constant temperature monitoring during transportation thanks to sensors in the trailer

 Our refrigerated trucks are modern, rigidly built trailers equipped with:

 – 2 temperature sensors ensuring constant temperature control during whole transportation process.

 – The most modern and reliable Thermoking SLX 300 aggregates ensuring safe juice’s transportation, regardless of whether it must be deep-frozen (-24 ° C) or chilled (+ 4 / +6 °C)

ATTENTION ! With our refrigerated trucks, we transport only food products such as juices, fresh and frozen fruits or packaged yoghurts. We never transport chemicals, fragrance products or products that could in any way affect the quality of your products.
